Worthington Enterprises is one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Culture, Belonging & Community for 2026 based on a study completed by Newsweek. Of the 750 companies recognized, Worthington Enterprises is one of 42 in the Manufacturing industry category and 55 companies headquartered in Ohio.

The research study evaluated U.S. companies with more than 1,000 employees based on performance metrics that matter to women, minorities and key demographics. The study combines a national survey of more than 2.7 million company reviews, with additional data from previous studies encompassing more than 4.9 million company reviews and 400,000 interviews.

Research also analyzes 120 key performance indicators including leadership, integrity, compensation and work-life balance. The 2026 report is one of America’s largest independent employee studies, according to the publisher.
