Worthington Enterprises is one of the Top Workplaces in central Ohio for 2026. This marks the 14^th consecutive year Worthington Enterprises (12 as Worthington Industries) has been included since the inaugural list.

Energage, in partnership with Columbus CEO magazine, bases the rankings on employee responses to a confidential survey. Approximately 1,200 Worthington Enterprises employees across three locations in central Ohio were offered the chance to participate. Employees evaluate five “positivity measures,” ranging from company values to whether they feel included, appreciated and a part of something meaningful. Employees also rate various facets of company leadership, performance, feelings of connection and salary and benefits.
