[December 9, 2025] Worthington Enterprises earned recognition in Computerworld’s 2026 Best Places to Work in IT list.

Computerworld’s Best Places to Work in IT list is an annual ranking of the top work environments for technology professionals. The list is compiled based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company offerings in categories such as benefits, career development, future of work, training and retention. In addition, a panel of industry experts reviews and vets the rankings.

Priya Rao, chief information officer, Worthington Enterprises, said, “The growing scope of our team’s initiatives, coupled with this recognition, underscore the role of IT as a strategic enabler of our business. Our team is energized by the impact they are making and support throughout a company that prioritizes innovation, transformation and leadership.”

Over the past year, the IT team has served as a central enabler of AI insights, strategy and solutions across the company. Additional highlights and focus areas included cybersecurity and the integration of new manufacturing facilities into our technology environment.

Robert Spialek, senior IT systems engineer, celebrated his 35th service anniversary in 2025. Before pursuing a role in IT, Robert served the company in various capacities from production to shipping and inside sales. “I am thankful to Worthington for believing in me throughout my career paths, supporting my professional development and all of the experiences I have had at our many locations that exemplify what it means to be a best place to work.”
