Worthington Enterprises Earns Top Workplaces Recognition in Rhode Island

Employees at the Worthington Enterprises facility in West Warwick, Rhode Island, have earned the Company a spot on the state’s list of Top Workplaces published today by The Providence Journal. Worthington Enterprises employs more than 400 employees in West Warwick who manufacture Amtrol water system products for storage, treatment, heating, expansion and flow control serving residential and industrial markets. Worthington Enterprises acquired Amtrol in 2017.

"This award is meaningful to us on many levels, but most importantly, it affirms what takes place within our West Warwick team every day," said Mark Paskvan, Amtrol senior business director, Worthington Enterprises. "We are fortunate to have exceptional employees who foster a connected and collaborative culture grounded in hard work, innovation and empowerment. We are grateful for all that they do in support of one another, our customers and our Company, and the West Warwick community."

The Top Workplaces honor is based on employee feedback to a survey administered by Energage. Employees evaluate five “positivity measures” ranging from company values to whether they feel included, appreciated and a part of something meaningful. Employees also rate various facets of company leadership, performance, feelings of connection and salary and benefits.
