Worthington Enterprises Is One of America's Most Responsible Companies for 2026

Newsweek’s annual listing of America’s Most Responsible Companies includes Worthington Enterprises for the fifth consecutive year.

Newsweek partners with Statista to recognize 600 U.S.-based companies that are taking action each day to uphold their social responsibility. Worthington Enterprises is one of 30 Ohio-based companies recognized for 2026.

Research included analysis of the top 2,000 public U.S.-headquartered companies based on revenue, as well as a reputation survey of more than 18,000 U.S. residents. Evaluation included sustainability reports, with environmental, social and corporate governance key performance indicators helping to assess an overall score.

Sonya Higginbotham, senior vice president and chief of corporate affairs, communications and sustainability, Worthington Enterprises, said, “We’ve designed our goals and annual initiatives to balance people, planet and prosperity, meeting the needs of today without compromising tomorrow. Worthington Enterprises released its annual  Corporate Citizenship and Sustainability Report in September 2025 with key milestones including safety, employee engagement, domestic spending, supporting communities, recycling and diverting waste from landfills.
