Cultivating relationships with diverse suppliers strengthens our supply chain while creating economic opportunities and advancing our environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments. By partnering with businesses that bring unique perspectives and shared values, Worthington Enterprises is building a more resilient supply network that supports long-term success.

One example is our partnership with CW Carriers USA, a 100% women-owned and operated transportation company. During fiscal 2026, CW Carriers managed shipments for the company and provided reliable logistics services while demonstrating the value that diverse suppliers bring to our operations.

CW Carriers also incorporates sustainability into its business model. Through its partnership with the nonprofit One Tree Planted, the company plants one tree for every shipment it delivers, helping restore forests and contribute to environmental stewardship by supporting reforestation efforts.

As we continue expanding opportunities for diverse suppliers, we are advancing responsible procurement practices and building momentum to create lasting value for our customers, our communities and the world around us.

In FY26, Worthington Enterprises calculated a diverse supplier spend of $23.2 million, an increase of more than 11% from the prior year, which significantly outpaced inflation and demonstrates our commitment to expanding diverse supplier relationships.
