Building a more sustainable future requires investing in the next generation of leaders and preparing young people to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world. At Worthington Enterprises, we believe that expanding access to educational experiences helps strengthen future talent pipelines while creating lasting value for our communities.

Through our work with the Columbus Council on World Affairs, we support educational programs that seek to broaden students' global perspectives and deepen their understanding of how businesses can drive innovation, economic growth and positive societal impact. As part of this commitment, Worthington Enterprises welcomed approximately 100 high school sophomores and juniors from the organization's Global Scholars Diploma Program to our Innovation Center.

During presentations and interactive breakout sessions, students explored how Worthington Enterprises operates globally while remaining grounded in its purpose, people and communities. Company leaders shared how innovation, collaboration and continuous transformation enable our teams to meet evolving customer needs and navigate a rapidly changing business environment. Students also gained insight into the importance of diverse perspectives, critical thinking and cross-functional teamwork in solving complex global challenges.

Investing in education and workforce readiness is an important part of our broader commitment to strengthening communities and developing our future leaders. By creating opportunities for students to engage directly with business leaders and real-world challenges, we help bridge classroom learning with future careers while encouraging curiosity, lifelong learning and civic engagement.
