Leading the Way: Bringing Our Philosophy to Life

Our Philosophy has long served as the foundation for how Worthington Enterprises operates, makes decisions and builds relationships. In 2025, as the company celebrated its 70th anniversary, we introduced the Leading the Way podcast series designed to bring Our Philosophy to life in a new and engaging way while strengthening connections across our growing organization.
Hosted by President and CEO Joe Hayek, the seven-episode series explored each pillar of Our Philosophy through conversations with leaders, employees, customers and business partners. Featuring voices from across the company and multiple operating locations, the podcast provided employees with an opportunity to hear firsthand how our shared values guide decisions, shape experiences and influence the way we work together every day. Episodes have been viewed more than 2,000 times in total, and facilities often gathered as teams to watch new releases
By showcasing diverse perspectives from throughout the organization, the podcast helps reinforce a shared culture while fostering understanding, collaboration and connection among employees, regardless of location or role.
Beyond celebrating our history, the Leading the Way podcast series reflects our commitment to continuously strengthening employee engagement and communication. Creating opportunities for employees to hear directly from leaders and colleagues helps build trust, encourages knowledge sharing and reinforces a culture of accountability and inclusion.
