Learn and Lead conferences bring employees of Worthington Enterprises together to collaborate and learn various skills to accelerate career growth and development. Each tier of the multi-level program—from individual contributors to managers and senior leaders—tailors content to help employees succeed in their current roles while preparing them for the next step.
Nearly 50 employees from across 14 locations attended the spring 2025 conference in Columbus, Ohio. Topics ranged from driving innovation through transformation and personal journeys of growth guided by Our Philosophy. On average, more than 130 employees will attend a Learn and Learn conference throughout the year.
LinkedIn Learning:
Employees of Worthington Enterprises receive complimentary access to LinkedIn Learning, an online educational platform with more than 5,000 expert-led video courses. Worthington Enterprises employees utilize this on-demand knowledge center to discover and develop business, technology-related and creative skills. Last fiscal year, this totaled 585 hours of learning.
Artificial Intelligence and Data Literacy
AI is transforming the way we work. Worthington Enterprises is helping employees harness the power of artificial intelligence through educational resources, training sessions, departmental challenges and one-on-one discussions in the form of office hours with subject matter experts. Further, employees developed a grassroots Community of Practice for all things AI-related within our organization. This central hub contains a wealth of resources designed to help employees across the Company understand, implement and leverage AI in their daily work.
Currently, more than 300 employees have attended training sessions or office hours, and more than 400 employees are leading the way through active use of AI tools.
